How we cooked
- Put chicken leg into a mixing bowl
- Mix pepper, sugar, seasoning, salt, fish sauce, oyster sauce..
- Cut garlic, Coriander, scallion put on the chicken, and mix
- Cut carrot and tomato
- Put water into frypan and put on fire
- Boil carrot and tomato for 5 minutes
- Put Flour into bowl and egg and mixing
- Mix chickens leg with flour
- Put frypan on fire and put oil wait until getting hot
- Put chicken legs into the frypan
- after fry chicken finished take it out and put carrot and tomato into the frypan
- take all fried carrot, chicken legs, tomato put on banana leaf
- enjoy eating.
