- Fresh chili

- Snails
- Garlic

- Lemon
- Coconut juice
- Kaffir leaf
- Fresh Lemongrass
- Black pepper
- Basil
- Culantro

How we cooked
- Boiling the water
- Put the snails into a bowl and mix with kaffir leaf, Lemongrass, ginger, chili, and garlic
- After water boiled put all snails into the pan for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes take out the snail put it into the pan and put some cold water for getting cold faster.
- Make hot sauce
- Put that hot sauce into all snails and some kaffir leaf, Lemongrass, ginger, chili
- Start steaming the snails again
- Mix hot sauce with red onions and cilantro leaf and pepper
- Enjoy eating
