How we cooked
- Make the Tofu sauce
- Boiling the pork belly just for 1 minute and 2 eggs for 10 minutes
- Cutting pork belly and rolling it over the enoki mushrooms
- Mixing the powder with 2 eggs and water
- Put the rolls into the powder bowl
- Start frying the rolls
- Enjoy eating
