How we cooked

  1. Make the Tofu sauce
  2. Boiling the pork belly just for 1 minute and 2 eggs for 10 minutes
  3. Cutting pork belly and rolling it over the enoki mushrooms
  4. Mixing the powder with 2 eggs and water
  5. Put the rolls into the powder bowl
  6. Start frying the rolls
  7. Enjoy eating
