How we cooked
- Put oil into frypan on fire wait until getting hot
- Mix duck with a bit of salt
- Fry duck for 30 minutes and take it out and clean the frypan
- Cut your vegetable ingredient
- Put oil on frypan again and fry lemongrass, garlic, kaffir lime leaf
- Put salt, sugar palm, fish sauce, seasoning and mixing it 3 minutes
- Put some water around 2L
- Put salt lemon
- Cut duck meat into the frypan
- Cover the frypan for 10 minutes
- Put Onion, Culantro, carrot, basil, Scallion into the frypan
- and enjoy eating
