 Ingredients

  • Pork belly
  • Flour powder
  • Rosdee
  • Sugar palm
  • Fish sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic
  • Lemongrass
  • Kaffir leaf
  • Olive
  • Coconut juice
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Red onions
  • Spring onion
  • Sesame 
  • Galangal 
  • Dried chili sauce

How we cooked

  1. Cutting all vegetable and ingredient into small piece
  2. Boiling the water and put ginger, lemongrass, Kaffir leaf, and pork belly for a few minutes
  3. Take pork belly from the pan and slice it
  4. Put the pork meat into a plat and mix it with flour powder
  5. Put the pan and olive and start frying the pork meat, after cooked take it out and put into a plat
  6. Start frying garlic, put sugar palm, fish sauce, rosdee, soy sauce, and the pork belly
  7. After the pork belly cooked , put more vegetable into the pan, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, coconut juice, and pepper, keep it​ for 6 minutes
  8. Take it out from the pan and put it into a plat
  9. Enjoy eating with dry chili sauce
