How we cooked
- Cutting all vegetable and ingredient into small piece
- Boiling the water and put ginger, lemongrass, Kaffir leaf, and pork belly for a few minutes
- Take pork belly from the pan and slice it
- Put the pork meat into a plat and mix it with flour powder
- Put the pan and olive and start frying the pork meat, after cooked take it out and put into a plat
- Start frying garlic, put sugar palm, fish sauce, rosdee, soy sauce, and the pork belly
- After the pork belly cooked , put more vegetable into the pan, carrot, onion, garlic, ginger, coconut juice, and pepper, keep it for 6 minutes
- Take it out from the pan and put it into a plat
- Enjoy eating with dry chili sauce
